Meet the Team
Our Team
The people working to transform education for children across Maharashtra.
Leadership
Vijay Roy
Founder & Chief Mentor
Vijay started VVK Education Foundation with a vision to bring quality education to every child. A former Teach For India and Teach For All fellow, he gained firsthand insight into the realities of teaching in under-resourced classrooms — an experience that became the seed of the foundation.
A Management Graduate from SPJIMR, Vijay is passionate about teacher development, foundational learning, and building 21st-century skills for children. Today he leads the organisation's strategy, partnerships, and ground-level programs with the same conviction that started it all.
